STORY DISTILLERY
Accelerating change through the power of strategic narrative
STORIES ARE HOW WE LEARN
Charles Darwin claimed that the two most significant achievements of humanity were fire and language. Fire would have been of little use to civilization if people were not able to communicate how to start it. Our ability to tell stories and learn from them is the most salient reason we have survived as a species. Organizations are no different. The successful ones have figured out that the single most valuable asset they have is their story. They know that it's about WHY and HOW you do what you do, not WHAT you do.
